  TUJUAN NEGARA INDONESIA BERDASARKAN UUD 1945  Andine Syahranie Edwinsyah Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis, Universitas Pamulang Email Korespondensi: andinesyahranie@gmail.com     ABSTRACT This study discusses the four main objectives of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution, namely: to protect all the people of Indonesia and the entire homeland of Indonesia, to promote the general welfare, to educate the nation’s life, and to participate in establishing a world order based on freedom, eternal peace, and social justice. The research employs a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on literature reviews, constitutional documents, and relevant academic sources. The findings reveal that these four objectives form an interrelated unity founded upon the values of Pancasila as the state’s philosophical basis. In the context of globalization and the Society 5....
